Rates
The rates for IFS Telehealth clinicians are comparable to other IFS therapists in their respective states. Our rates vary by state, depending on session length and license type.
Therapists (LMFT, LPCC/LPC, LCSW, LMHC):
50 minutes: $165 - $194 per session
60 minutes: $198 - $232 per session
75 minutes: $247 - $290 per session
Psychologists/Certified Therapists (only in CA):
50-minutes: $236 per session
60-minutes: $285 per session
75-minutes: $358 per session
For greater results, IFS Telehealth Collective recommends 75-minutes as the standard session length. We also offer prorated sessions of varying lengths to accommodate your therapeutic needs and preferences. You can discuss this during the free consultation and with your therapist along the way.
Fees are due at the time of service. We take major credit cards, debit cards, FSA and HSA cards.
Insurance
IFS Telehealth Collective is an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. Some insurance policies provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. We can provide you with a monthly statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you wish. Please check with your insurance company directly for information about your coverage for mental health teletherapy.
Insurance companies require a qualifying diagnosis and access to client records. Some clients prefer to maintain non-disclosure with their insurance companies in order to avoid diagnostic labels and codes. IFS-TC won’t add diagnostic codes to a client's health record except when requested by a client for the purpose of submitting to an insurance company (referred to as a superbill).
Couples Therapy Rates
IFS Couples therapy is currently available in two states, Oregon and Massachusetts. Rates vary by state and session length.
OREGON:
60 minutes: $228
75 minutes: $285
90 minutes: $342
MASSACHUSETTS & FLORIDA:
60 minutes: $243
75 minutes: $304
90 minutes:$364
CALIFORNIA:
60 minutes: $267
75 minutes: $334
90 minutes:$400
