Friends of the Collective: A free online directory of IFS offerings from around the world

With the tremendous growth of the Internal Family Systems community worldwide there’s been an abundance of inspiring products and services worth knowing about. To better serve IFS seekers everywhere, the IFS Telehealth Collective is launching Friends of the Collective — a curated online directory of vetted IFS offerings that includes podcasts, books, workshops, groups, apps, and more. This free and easily accessed resource is available for clients and therapists alike as a reliable place to find trusted IFS offerings at their fingertips. Engaging in IFS is a dynamic experience, and we celebrate the various tools, services, and approaches that others have created to broaden our healing experiences in this ever-expanding modality.

Any L1 trained IFS practitioner or therapist wanting to promote their unique services and tools can apply for a place on the Friends of the Collective page — we would love to receive your submission. Each submission will be reviewed by our team to make sure it’s in alignment with the IFS model and our vision to empower clients to transform and reclaim parts of themselves from a place of compassion and curiosity, allowing them to live meaningful and healthy lives. To submit your listing, simply click the “+ Add Entry” button in the upper right hand corner of the page, which allows you to add or edit your profile. To add a podcast, click here to add your listing.

IFS is a relational model focusing on connections among our parts and Self internally, and with each other collectively. Our connections happen in close proximity or across the globe - virtually and in person. The broader IFS community offers a richness of diversity and healing wisdom that we are happy to feature here on our Friends of the Collective page where you’ll find some of the many great minds among us who write, speak, create, and teach about IFS from their unique perspectives.

Come visit the Friends of the Collective page and explore the different tags and resource categories to help you navigate and organize listings. For clients, you might check out the tagged resources for books, apps, groups, and more. For clinicians and practitioners, there’s a tag specifically for “IFS for Therapists,” as well as one for workshops and IFS-inspired trainings. Clicking each resource icon pulls up a description, location, and link(s). Keep checking back for updated listings!

All of us at the IFS Telehealth Collective are passionate about this transformative model and dedicated to extending its reach and building community. We welcome new connections and hope you’ll join us in friendship —- sharing news of your work and celebrating the innovative colleagues who embody Self energy in service to all.

We’re so pleased to be able to offer this resource and see our IFS community connected in a new way. Visit the Friends of the Collective page to browse the current profiles or submit your own!
