About Me

As a person who has experienced quality therapeutic care, I am so happy to be a part of the IFS Telehealth Collective. In my role as Practice Manager, I get to support our wonderful IFS clinicians and administrative team to ultimately help clients connect to their own therapeutic experience. I aim to bring guidance and compassion to my work with people, knowing that this space can feel vulnerable and uncertain. My friends and family say I embody a calm presence, and I approach my work as an opportunity to care for everyone connected with the IFS Telehealth Collective.

Background

My professional background has included managing and supporting programs and people in the non-profit, public health evaluation, and mental health sectors. As a lifelong learner I studied Psychobiology and Community Studies at UC Santa Cruz, went to culinary school, completed an intensive Mindful Self Compassion program, and dabbled in many creative ventures.

Fun Facts

My life motto, “Brave - Not Fearless,” has helped me over and over again. Anxiety and fear can really slow a person down from doing things they want to do in life. I aim to have a growth mindset and self compassion around inevitable setbacks, in order to say YES to relationships and experiences that are important to me. I love the complexities of humans, and feel most at home with people who are authentic and embrace their quirky uniqueness.
