About Me

Hi, my name is Lauren (she/her), and I extend a warm welcome to you from the IFS Telehealth Collective.

I am a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer who is aligned with “Health at Every Size (HAES)” and uses trauma-informed language. I have experience leading yoga classes, meditation, and gentle movement for adults and adolescents recovering from eating disorders, in both IOP and residential treatment settings. Through my personal and professional work, I have learned the significance of fostering an understanding of ourselves, compassion towards our different parts, and a strengthened mind-body connection.  

It was not until I found my IFS therapist five years ago that I felt supported in my own healing journey.  I believe in finding a good therapeutic fit, for through this process, we have the opportunity to uncover many layers of ourselves with someone we trust.  I am thrilled to support you with connecting to an IFS clinician as you begin, or continue, your journey. 

Fun Facts

I have an Australian Cattle Dog puppy named Gertrude Lucia (“Gertie”) that keeps me on my toes and very busy! I am a chocolate connoisseur with a love for baking. I still get giddy when I get to experience PNW snow, and love summers laying on the grass and watching the clouds.
