About Me

My name is Lynn, pronouns she/her(s), and as the Client Care Coordinator I want to welcome you to the IFS Telehealth Collective. Whether you’re a newcomer to IFS, have been practicing this model for years or are somewhere in between, I look forward to helping you connect with an IFS therapist who will meet you where you’re at on your path to healing.

Background

Over the past 20 years I have had the unique privilege of being an advocate and activist for inclusion-focused services for neurodiverse individuals and their families. I’ve worked in both non-profit and educational settings supporting families and children who were in crisis by connecting them to community resources and helping them peacefully resolve conflict.

It was through my previous work that a friend introduced me to IFS. I decided it was time for me to embark on my own journey of self-discovery to heal the heavy burdens of childhood trauma and loss. After attending a four-day IFS workshop, I was so inspired by the deep healing and inner calm I experienced that I went on to complete Levels 1 and 2 of official IFS training. As I continue to work on my own internal system, I’m also working toward becoming a certified IFS Practitioner.

Fun Facts

When I am not doing IFS, I can be found in my garden, on my bike, or enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends. I love finding new ways to be creative, whether it’s in the kitchen trying a new recipe or learning a different form of artistic expression such as SoulCollage.

I’d love to help you.
